Return & Exchange Policy

COMMISSIONS:

  • Unless the commission is lost or damaged in shipping, returns and/or refunds are not accepted and all sales are final.

  • In the event your commission is damaged during shipping, take photos of the damaged packaging and contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. Keep all of the original packaging for the carrier’s inspection. A refund or replacement will be issued upon receiving compensation from carrier.

  • In the event your commission is lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation so a claim can be initiated with the carrier. You have the option to either 1. receive a refund via an insurance claim from the carrier. Refunds will only be issued upon claim approval and payout from carrier. Or 2. receive another commission that will be completed after Andrea Fairservice receives payment via an insurance claim from the carrier.

ORIGINAL ART:

  • Unless the original art is lost or damaged in shipping, returns and/or refunds are not accepted and all sales are final.

SEVERABILITY

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms and Conditions are not assignable, delegable, sub-licensable or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment, delegation or sublicense by you is invalid.
